Very well put. It covers most of the points relevant to the legal industry. However, having spent some time with a leading LPO in the country i can most certainly say that the working hours aren't 'short'! Most LPO's have training sessions where employees are attuned to the specific needs of the client and whereby employee knowledge on the legal system in which the client operates is upgraded. As far as confidentiality is concerned, work is segregated and the 'higher-end' and 'highly-confidential' work is only accessible to a select few. Besides, there is tremendous amount of security (camera's, frisking etc) to ensure no information or data leaks out.
